Investor Representation:  If you are (or want to become) a residential real estate investor we provide comprehensive buyer representation for residential, multifamily, and investment grade real estate in and around the Central Florida Region.  We only work with pre-qualified and cash buyers.  We do not list properties.

Home Buyers Representation:  Are you pre-qualified for the purchase of a single family residential  property?  We will target the current market's most undervalued properties and aggressively work to acquire them on your behalf.   In every transaction our goal is to get you the property you want at the very best price.  For qualified Buyers our services are usually offered at no cost (the property seller will typically pay our commission at closing).  Sorry, we do not represent first time home buyers.

Real Estate Consulting: We offer a wide variety of a-la-cart services relating to the commercial, residential and investment grade real estate market including but not limited to contract review, mediation, acquisition services, contract negotiations, financial review, of income properties, property assessments, opinion of value, market analysis as well as general consulting services.

Transaction Rebate Program: Have you already identified a high-dollar property for purchase and don't have official representation yet?    Bring us in as your broker of choice to negotiate the deal on your behalf and we will assign up to 50% of the commissions earned at closing.  This represents potential savings of hundreds of thousands of dollars on larger transactions.
